Isn't Vista Business better than Vista Home Premium ? Only Vista Ultimate has more features ?

Somebody I work with has Vista Ultimate on their machine at home and they reckon it is absolutely awful - in fact going to uninstall it and put XP on instead. Will probably be okay in a couple of years time when they have sorted out the hiccups.

TL50 runs @ 1.6 compared with this one which is tl56 at 1.8, it also has less L2cache 256 instead of 512

Hi all, I really need a new desktop desperately , I have to use a fan to cool my old pc down as it keeps whirring and I do not think it is worth repairing. I have sent Anley a private message to ask him more about where he got his. Maybe he would not mind posting on here and telling us all what specs his has and what price and where he got it from. Thanks all of you for the wealth of information gleamed on here. Taffy

Guys - it's not media player that vista business doesn't have, it's Media Centre.

Yes it does have media player not that I like media player as its bloatware. Zoom player or vlcplayer are far far better and less cpu intensive so saves power and both are free although zoomplayer has some features disabled like HD capability
