Brilliant planning there Shrimpy! Maybe there's a Time Turner in the post for you?!
At least there's a plan for when you get pregnant, if they can get their admin to match up correctly, that is!
Daisiegg, I remember I used to have months when it was really watery for days and it directly linked to how well hydrated I was. The more water I was drinking, the more CM I had! I also noticed one month when I was full of cold I had loads... I guess when you're ill you produce mucus everywhere, not just in your nose! :rotfl: It's all perfectly normal, you're just looking out for EWCM which means your fertile, discount the other stuff as it's just gearing up for OV.Christ, if you'd asked me a couple of years ago if I knew anything about CM I'd have turned green! _pale_

AFM I was going to go for the relaxed approach and try to DTD every other day, turns out I'm that knackered with going back to work that I can't be bothered DTD.
It's only been a few months of trying but I feel like giving up and taking the 'easy option' of IVF PGD that's been offered to us due to my genetic condition but that will involve a lot of travel from NW down to London to achieve and we can't afford it. I just wanted to fall straight away and just feel like I'm going to struggle.
And on that self indulgent note (:rotfl:) hugs to everyone and fingers crossed that we all get BFP's this month
Hardly the 'easy option' (!)0 -
Afternoon ladies and congrats Paulashek def looks like a bfp!
My AF has finally stopped today on CD9! Will start the OPK's tomorrow I think. First day back in the gym today after 1 month off, think I'll be aching tomorrow at work!
I'm going to try and take your advice this month Birdie, I was terrible last month with testing and SS - I so wanted a Xmas/nye positive, fingers crossed for this month!

Believe me I know it's not the easy option especially after reading up on it and watching a documentary about it. I just have it in the back of my mind that if natural doesn't work then at least I know we have this option.
Unfortunately the written word doesn't convey the sarcasm it should and I'm sorry if I've offended you or anybody reading as that was not my intention.

Paula that is looking very encouraging, fingers crossed x
I seem to have been able to fend the dread cystitis off with lots of milk, cranberry and flushing it through without the need for medicine. Have always suffered with honeymoon cystitis, not exactly good when trying to dtd regularly!0 -
Ali I knew what you meant, you were clearly joking about it being easy hence the "speech marks" but it can be easy to be misunderstood on line, I reread everything in case I am going to offend someone!0

Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me saying hello and joining you all
I'm 26, me and my bf have been together for 8 and half years, and have been ttc since sept 2013, when I came off the pill, like a lot of newbies to the ttc world i thought soon as i'm off the pill i'll get pregnant, how wrong was I!
ive been reading this thread past few months so thought id say hello, first month ttc I went all out with opk every day, then pregnancy tests and i got a bit stressed with it all so after first month i haven't bothered with opk's because i get a bit obsessed with them, i can usually tell when im ovulating due to ewcm (sorry tmi) and use fertility friend which gives a rough estimate of most fertile/ovulation dates so we try and bd every other day from when it says im most fertile.
I thought id caught this month, i was so excited thinking I was pregnant i had a small bleed a few days before af was due which i thought could be implantation bleeding, then my period was so so light the first day which isnt like me at all, but next day af arrived full whackso im currently cd2, ive decided to buy some pre-seed this month quite a few seem to rate it, although its quite pricey! are any of you using this?
sorry for rambling! good luck to everyone for this month! *baby dust for all*
congratulation to paula, that deffo looks like a BFP to me!0 -
