I have no experience in this but I reckon that is positive! CONGRATULATIONS!

If it was me I would probably get a digital just to be sure but I can definitely, definitely see a clear line in that picture :D

I agree Paula, I can clearly see a line and would also do a digital if I was you just to put my mind at rest - and also because I think I would just like to see it :D

Thanks for doing the lists Kelly as always. Am I too late to add my guess of 5 bfps for Jan?

Have any of you ladies tried the Balance Activ spray from Boots? I was looking for pre seed on the website but this seems to be the only version they do. I've been reading a lot about pregnancy after trachelectomy and have reached the logical conclusion that no cervix = no CM = need to invest in some help! Where do you buy pre seed / conceive plus from?

Hi, we've been trying for about six months. I just wondered, if anyone else's ovulation doesn't go by the book. I mean - all the reading material and apps on phones say that I'll be ovulating on day 14 after AF start, but my body symptoms (and fertility test) tell me I'm ovulating in the week after AF (usually day 9).
I figure it's just that one size doesn't fit all, but it'd be nice to know I'm not the only one.

Good to see also that other people have symptom spotting, stops me getting over excited. I'm really not trying to think about it all too much, just to avoid more disappointment.

Looks like a BFP to me too Paulashek CONGRATULATIONS.

Shrimpy I've read that you can get preseed/conceive plus on Amazon and I'm sure it's popped up when I've been searching for thermometers etc.

Welcome to any new people and thanks to Kellykins for doing the lists.

Pinzy I know what you mean as my cycles have now decided to change causing me to not know when I'm ovulating but I'm not using any OPK's or anything just yet. If the test and your body is telling you you're fertile then I would DTD.

AFM I was going to go for the relaxed approach and try to DTD every other day, turns out I'm that knackered with going back to work that I can't be bothered DTD :o.

It's only been a few months of trying but I feel like giving up and taking the 'easy option' of IVF PGD that's been offered to us due to my genetic condition but that will involve a lot of travel from NW down to London to achieve and we can't afford it. I just wanted to fall straight away and just feel like I'm going to struggle.

And on that self indulgent note (:rotfl:) hugs to everyone and fingers crossed that we all get BFP's this month :D

Shrimpy, I used Concieve Plus and bought it from Boots and Amazon (yep, we were trying long enough to go through a few tubes! :o). Just be careful with it as it's a lot more watery than normal lubes so you want to carefully squeeze the tube with slight pressure rather than give it a good shake and hard squeeze - it'll go everywhere if you do that! :p Just out of interest, has your doctor said what the differences are for someone missing a cervix for getting pregnant and giving birth? :)

Also feel the need to say that someone needs to step up in here as the anti-SS Police and reinstate the wagging finger smiley! :p All the tough nuts seem to have left the thread and it's gotten way too soft! ;) No SS/testing until AF is late or you'll all drive yourselves mad and waste a fortune on tests! Testing before AF is due is silly anyway as you're likely to get false negatives/confusing is-it-a-line-or-an-evap-or-a-case-of-line-eye? and no-one wants to go through that when you can avoid the stress by just waiting a couple more days.

Hope you all get your BFPs soon. I can't help but lurk and cheer you all on, once a TTC-er, always a TTC-er at heart! :)

We used Balance Activ spray for a bit as it seemed to be the easiest to get hold of. Then last month we accidentally left it in a hotel room! :o I then managed to buy some Conceive Plus from Amazon. The Balance Activ was ok but a weird shape and I found it more awkward to dispense. The Conceive Plus is I think a more sensible shape. Like someone else said, though, it is more runny than normal lube and liable to go everywhere if you are not careful!

Good luck - post a pic when you do the digi! :D

Pinzy, unless you have perfect 28 day cycles, my understanding that it is not that you ovulate 14 days after one af starts, but rather 14 days before the next. So if you ovulate on about day 9, does that mean the next af comes on around day 23? That would make sense. But as you say everyone is different. I don't seem to ovulate until day 19 ish and have 32 day cycles. But I'm pretty sure what I said is right and it is not meant to be 14 days after af, but 14 days before af. Someone else correct me if I am wrong!

Quick question from me. Probably way tmi. But does anyone else get very wet/watery cm for days and days before getting ewcm? I seem to get it for ages, sometimes for 10 days on the trot before moving to ewcm and ov. It is weird because ff reckons it means you are fertile...seems a very long time to be fertile!

Hi Birdie :) Boots didn't have any conceive plus so I bought the Balance Active stuff as it was all they had and I decided I had to have it today! It's a spray though so not entirely sure about it! I'm seeing my consultant in a few weeks so going to talk to him then in a bit more detail about it all as long as my MRI comes back ok, which I'm sure it will. All I know for definite ATM is that I'll be classed as high risk with a possibility of bed rest at some point and will need a c section, probably at around 36 weeks. Slightly aside, have been stressing today as I've been chasing my MRI appointment since before Christmas, after yet another phone call today during which I got cut off three times, I was finally told it has been booked for the 30th Jan. The appointment to discuss the results is on the 27th Jan. Where is the rolly eye smiley when you need it?!
