PM, hugs, I hope your mum is ok
xx
Rowin-I got my BFP at 8dpt a 3 day transfer, I take my hat off to your patience0 -
Derby got evrthing crossed for you.
My mum had a big bleed.0 -
Injections ok thank you Derby & Sewit, just getting impatient now. Next scan on Wednesday so hoping for some news. I certainly don't feel any different since I started stimming so not sure if that is an indicator? They've started me on such a low dose (understandably so) that it'll most likely take ages to do anything.
It's weird, I was utterly convinced before I started this that the physical side effects would be the part I struggled to cope with most. When they first mentioned counselling I thought 'pah?!' so shocked at how I feel now.
Derby - any news on your potential frosty?
T2D, felt a bit emotional myself reading your post! Got absolutely everything crossed for you lovely (including bits I didn't know I could cross).
RG - thinking of you. I do admire your patience holding out on the testing frontI hope you got some rest today.
PM - so sorry you are having such a carp time of it at the moment. Sending more hugs and praying your mum's op has gone well.0 -
Our posts crossed. Did they take her back to theatre PM?0

Ladies - I'd like to announce that I managed to bring home my medication in a single trip. And I didn't lose anything on the way. A major victory I think you'll all agree.0

I hear you code. I got our dog an advent calendar :rotfl:I'm sure he's sick of this TTC malarkey too as he bears the brunt of being dressed up and fussed over.
And yes people always ask if he's my substitute baby0 -

OMG sounds like a lot of people need huge squishy hugs.
Hubby went for his SA today, I asked him how it went but wasn't listening properly (was trying to drive, which isn't easy in the torrential rain in a 80's mini). He was talking me through the process, so I was confused when he said he was led to a room with a mop. Why on earth would the room need a mop, when leaving a deposit why would you need a mop. So asked him how messy they expected him to be. Turns out he had said a 'room with a lock'. That's why I should really listen to him properly, gave us a laugh though.
Hopefully there's a small chance the results may be back before our appointment next week.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

PM - I hope your mum is fine.
IVF peeps - there's so much going on. I hope your eggs grow, the cells multiple and the embies hold on.
I've seen a ceilidh advertised for the end of January but am questioning whether I should book a ticket or not. I'll be stimming in January and hopefully will have an egg implanted. What would you do?
I've just got back from holiday. We have a great time but it was not long enough. I can't believe I made the holiday company check insurance and pregnancy. Ha ha.
While we were away we got the invoice for the IVF drugs. I purchased the prepayment certificate as soon as we got back and had to pay the hospital immediately. It worked out for me but if anyone else is going to buy the prepayment certificate I would suggest ordering it as soon as you phone the hospital on CD1/2 so there's enough time for it to arrive and for you to send it to the hospital. The certificate does allow you to forward date it and takes up to 7 days to arrive.
