Thanks for the heads up on Mothercare. Is it in store too? I'm on my way there tonight...

Yup it's instore and on everything!

I got the dress which looks so cute now I have a little bump :)
It's also available on the furniture bundle prices!
You just can't use it in conjunction with any other vouchers/discount cards or on medicines/food!

Gutted though that the Taunton furniture is being replaced with a new range and they have no idea what the new lot looks like in store :( luckily I think we are getting their display set at £599 (bundle price) PLUS and extra 30% off - winner! Assistant manager says that will make it around £393 for us so for such a saving I don't mind a couple of little scratches!

might buy some tights and another dress in there tonight depending on what bf thinks of the dress...not sure if I like it or not :p

  • I'm 16 weeks tomorrow, and am 4lb down on my weight before I got pregnant - I'm bigger in the lower stomach, but I've lost weight on my hips and thighs and backside, from being / feeling sick all the time, I think. So my fixed shape tailored work trousers still fit, fortunately!

Yeah I think it took me til around 16 weeks to put back on the weight I'd lost, it's hard when everything you eat comes back up!
  • Sorry you've had another scare Claire. On a nicer note I would keep the second parcel :)

Becs I've been having the strangest vivid dreams as well. One resulted in me going into work wanting to deck someone after they tried to get me sacked from my job (I knew deep down it was a dream but just couldn't shake off the anger!), luckily I eventually calmed down.

It's actually starting to wear me out though, as I don't feel like I get a proper nights sleep at the moment.

Glad to hear about prawns being safe Twigpig. I have wanted some for so long and would love just to have some every now and then as a treat.

On a kind of similar note to what we can eat/do, at work today we were talking about hair removal. I have always used an Epilator but have noticed its says you shouldn't when pregnant all over the internet. Anyone know the reason behind it?

Hope everyone else is well :)
  • Ooops - never occurred to me not to use an epilator, so I have used mine. No idea why one shouldn't!

  • Thanks everyone, guess it could be the baby after all! Felt a bit more today but with the kidney ninfection im a bit gassy and not sure if it's just dodgy tummy!

Becs ive had the sexy dreams too, and the most random people!
  • 15 weeks today. Eeek!

    15 weeks today. Eeek!

Pregnancy is one of those times where time goes really fast and really slow at the same time!

After the amazing realisation yesterday that i could have baked camembert because the cooking kills the nasties :j:j we went to our local last night and ordered just that! It was yummy :-)

Just need to find a pregnancy friendly pate that doesnt taste like feet for christmas!

    Hope everyone is well today

I would like to join this thread if possible......i'm currently 13+5 with twins :)

been really struggling with the MS and had too much time off work because of it. tried some tablets from the docs about 7 weeks but they did nothing. I seem permanently hungry but can never find something i want to eat :S

got a lovely sized bump already but my weight has stayed the same
