12-24 weeks pregnant (part2)

My partner wants to know as he is a super organised person and could not cope with not knowing lol. I wasn't bothered a surpise would be nice but it is his first and my second so I am happy with what he wants.

I have booked my 16 week check which is the first week in December seems a long way away but I am sure it will fly. Can't believe I am 15 weeks at the end of the week.

Think it depends on the hospital, mine stopped doing them so now you get a DVD.

Unfortunately I've been to the delivery suite ward more times than I would like already! I haven't seen the midwife led unit though- not that I want to yet!

Ooh I'm now slightly wavering on my decision to find out the sex! It would actually be a lovely surprise if we did change our minds and wait! However we've had lots of 'heated debates' about possible names and I think that's swung the decision for me - unless we know WELL in advance whether it's going to be a boy or girl, I think the poor baby will end up going for several days being nameless because we won't be able to agree! Whereas if we find out in January we can narrow our arguments down to either 'boy names' or 'girl names'! LOL

chelseablue I think you should just say 'sorry dear...we've already made that decision....no changing your mind now '

becsxxx oh gawd that sounds blooming awful So sorry for you having to go through that unpleasant and embarrasing experience. I have come close myself to that, and I have thrown up in the kitchen at work (nowhere near as bad as your experience) but thankfully noone was there at the time and I was able to aim most of it at the kitchen towel! Yuk! If I were you I probably would have ended up making the situation worse by shouting 'don't worry people no need to help a pregnant lady with extreme morning sickness or anything....just carry on about your ways ignoring me!!'

Lol that would have been even more embarrasing!!!

My hip pain continues today :(:( My OH rubbed it last night and whereas with a muscle knot rubbing it gives some relief, it just hurt like hell So I definitely don't think I've pulled or twisted the muscle like I first thought. I am going to give it until the end of the week and go to the doctors if it's still really hurting Blah!

Edit: To say 13 weeks + 3 days today!! :j

We our currently having a 'discussion' via text about what to do haha

Ive said if we do know at least that will narrow done our name argument a bit by getting rid of half of them

Ahh names.........another thing we cant agree on!

We are struggling, but at least managed to get down a shortlist yday on the train back from our weekend away! Only 5 possible choices for boys and that was a struggle. Girsl names are much easier!
Now hoping that my 3 friends that are due before me do not "pinch" any of them!
