Yes, I was happy with the service and I am livid because no one can phone me and I know people will have tried today.
Are you sure they said they warned you or did you just make it up?
Because the T&C give no mention of a warning.
Oh and if you're a business user then why are you using Ovivo. or is it that you're not a business user and you don't need access to your phone 24/7.
Why you so angry man. Chill and realise you caused this situation yourself. Stop blaming others when you're in the wrong.
Just get a cheap PAYG service from someone else and use the PAC. Then try and sort out the issue with Ovivo.0 -

(1) It is 500 Mb.
(2) "We provided you with warnings when these infractions occurred, but they have not been heeded and continued."
Does anyone think I was aware of any warnings and did nothing?
(3) They could have said "We are terminating your account in a week, get another SIM" but they just cut me phone off without warning. That is why I am livid and I do not blame myself for anything.0 -

This from a quick scan.
You were effectively stealing from them and you got caught.0 -

Point 1 and 3 are completely wrong again.
Rather than being livid why don't you challenge point 2?
But then again Ovivo didn't actually need to give you notice really.0 -

I only ever used the data with my modem. No idea what ads there were.0
