Ovivo Mobile Service Cancelled

I am absolutely livid.
I am going away on Sunday and have things to sort out, people to call. Alas, I cannot since I just found a nonchalant Ovivo email letting me know "your service is cancelled, you will get no refund, here is your PAC".
The reason given is that I have used an adblocker when using up my data allowance. It makes no sense to accuse me of this now since I have used the data in the same way for months. There have never been any warning and there is no reason why the entire contract including phone service is cancelled. The real reason is of course that I am not profitable as I mainly use the free allowance.
Fact is that I am now without mobile phone service and the PAC is of no use until Monday when I will be abroad.
I suppose the only way to call people in the short term is to get a pay as you go sim from the high street.
Like I said, I am livid.

But you've broken the terms of your agreement, so why should you be livid if they boot you off the network?0

Its a completely free ad funded service, and it states in their T&Cs that ads are mandatory.
Why are you even surprised, let alone angry LOL0 -

Glad you find it amusing. I was not aware of the adblock issue since I hardly ever use the data service and I HAD NO WARNING.0 -
Maybe next time you'll learn to read t&c first.you broke the agreementm you're in the wrong0

4.6 You shall not use the Service:
4.6.12 With any 3rd Party systems or applications, that are designed to bypass, prevent or hinder OVIVO Mobile from serving mobile marketing messages as part of the service provided to You
6.4 You will not be entitled to any refund where You terminate the Agreement (other than in accordance with clause 5.1) or where we have terminated the Agreement as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions by You
You might be livid, but you broke the terms and conditions and were cut off.0 -

I am not. (1) There should have been a warning not a cancellation of the contract. (2) What also represents a problem for Ovivo is the fact that they chose to cancel out of the blue after months of service.0 -

Looks like the T&Cs are only relevant after months of using the service and they realise I do not spend enough.0 -

I've been using Ovivo for nearly a year and haven't spent 1p on top of my allowance,I still have £5 left from my initial credit too.0 -
Interested in this from the perspective of someone using an Ovivo sim in a dumb-Phone. Clearly they can serve no ads, so will such a user get the same Dear John letter as the OP after a period of grace? How long's that likely to be?0
