Now that you have the RCVS's view, maybe you should go back to that solicitor and seek revised opinion.I went to see solicitor soon after it happened. The reason for that was he he was also qualified vet. I could not get my head around the fact that my vet ignored my dog's blood test and knew that RCVS will take months to get back to me. His advice was to wait until I hear from RCVS . He did warned me not to put my hopes up and explained what I am standing up against.0 -

So the guy spent 5 or more years studying veterinary medicine at uni, decided he didn't like being a vet, then spent a similar amount of time studying law.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

read what the OP stated
once you qualify you are always qualified, even if you go into another profession.
so after spending all that time to qualify as a Vet and then having to go and train at law school makes me wonder if he was struck off by the RCVS0
