At 5 months in? Doesn't bode well does it?

No, not really. Our relationship has been pretty intense from the start though. Lots of trips away etc

You posted another thread recently about not being happy with aspects of the relationship and thats the bottom line, whether you are happy with this relationship to continue on the way it is, or not.

Is it as easy as that though, just to walk away when the going gets tough?

Can I just stress that I'm not p!ssed because she values her friendship over me, I just don't see why I have to be kicked to the curb over this.

I don't think I've been needy or clingy, maybe I have? This friend and her have never had any intimate goings on.

When will it end though? I love my friends but would never sacrifice relationships for them, that's ludicrous.

She clearly doesn't care or consider how this makes me feel and why should she, it has only been 5 months after all, but a little bit of respect and consideration...and tact would be appreciated.

And yes I am a girl, this is a lesbian relationship. Not that it should chang things?

Oops - sorry I called you a chap! :o And you're right; it shouldn't change things in the slightest (unless the 'friend' has a problem with your GF being gay; in which case she's even more pathetic than I thought).

I still say you deserve more respect than you are being shown by either of the other parties. They need to grow up and stop being so infantile and thoughtless. x

Better to do that at 5 months than at 5 years with a joint mortgage etc...

The point is that it shouldn't be tough at 5 months, and if it is, it better be a good reason; not a friend having a hissy fit.

    You are right.

But what if she wanted me to turn around and say "No you wont annoy me, I want to be there for you"?

I'm either being a mug or a bad girlfriend.

I'm 29, she is 26, so is her friend
  • Sorry, but it sounds like you're being phased out. And very possibly not because of jealous gay friend.
