The shredding it done at last :D Then I went for a bath & stripped my bed. I feel so much better than I did this morning :o

Now I need to up the nagging level with DD to get her to shift herself. She's supposed to be going to her dads this weekend but has a back log of homework again all due next week  She's not long got in from school looking like she'd been for a swim so she's having a quick bath to warm up and I've got a uniform to get washed & dried by tomorrow!

So I'm making a list for the rest of the stuff I have to do tonight so I don't forget anything!

WM : Black uniform, lights, towels,
Tea : 'fall out' (aka whatever I put my hands on first :p)
    [STRIKE]Returns
    [/STRIKE]
    Order
    Ironing
Nag DD about homework. (Eng, History, science, RS, French)
    [STRIKE] Wash dishes[/STRIKE]
    Top DD's money up
Any bits of shredding from sorting my order out.
    Make bed
    Dry laundry away

Right, I best shift myself as there's a lot more on that list than I thought

Yep I have done the washing hokey-cokey too. Now hubby, DS1 and DS2 have gone off to footie practice and its pouring down - so thats 3 lots of soaking wet clothes to look forward to later - and my lakeland heated airer is already full.

Fizzwhiz, thats very impressive - you couldnt have got a better colour match.

So its 5.50pm, everyone else is out and I could at least have an hour doing something productive. I am working off my own flying lists at the moment because the house is upside down with the decorating going on in the living room.

I might have an hour cleaning/tidying our bedroom then do some paperwork for hubbys business while no-one else wants to use the computer! The kids both have their own laptops but still end up on here for some reason.

    Will report back later.

Thank you ladies! Very pleased with my efforts, the TV has quite a large oval stand so cramming the DVD player and Vbox on top of the drawers too was a bit of a nightmare. £20 well spent in my humble opinion!

Off to cook dinner and squish the second WM load on the airer.

Littlies in bed, dismal here and didn't fancy sitting downstairs on my own, so I've brought a cuppa up and when I've had that I'll do some stitching.

Have checked through store cupboard, like to stash some bits away in case we can't get out for whatever reason or there is a power cut or something. We have plenty of tinned stuff to make a meal with and it also serves as a goodie box: if ever the weather is really pants and we are out of snacks/treats then I can raid the cupboard.

I really can't think of anything else I need to do. And that makes me feel anxious :rotfl:

I have only just managed to find my way back here this week. Life has o pattern ATM so I am struggling to keep up with the housework.

A lot of my time is spent travelling to and fro the hospital to see DA. She is 55 miles away, and today told me to go away :( I won't be giving up on her.
