Are we in a children's playground? He does that so I do this?
Not nice to be thought of as a scrounger is it? That still doesn't excuse the attitude of - how can I get my own back.
The fact is that the poster doesn't know that the person isn't declaring the income. So until the poster is certain that a fraud is being carried out, they should not concern themselves with the lives of others.
On the face of it to all that only see what they see, we have a comfortable lifestyle, have a nice home all paid for, nice car on the drive and are never short of money when we go out.
Yet we receive a top up by way of a means tested benefit to ensure that we receive everything that we are entitled to.
Should we be reported based only on what you perceive to be the case (having an undeclared source of income)? Not everything is as you perceive it to be.
No the OP says they DO know this person is not declaring earnings.0 -

That's a really clever thing to do!
If you honestly believe that if you shop enough people those that are left (presumably who you would describe as the honest claimants) will see an increase in the amount of benefit they are paid then you are not of this world!
The amount of money in terms of cash value that is lost through fraud is miniscule compared to the amount of money that is lost by the DWP in errors and poor decision making.
If someone gets that worked up with seeing someone who after getting out of a Motability car (how they knew it was a Motability car I don't know, but) and running 800 metres really needs a life.
For a start the person running need not be a DLA claimant.0 -

And ....... what has it really got to with the OP in the great scheme of things?
Maybe the OP could sit in their car at night and watch the local pizza delivery people do there bit. I am sure that doing that, they would not only find someone fiddling the revenue but maybe catch an illegal at the same time?
What has this country come down to if it is now acceptable for neighbours and friends to spy and inform on them.0 -
Why?
No doubt you rummaged in your bag to get your mobile out to video what was happening?
Then out comes the laser measure out of your bag to measure the distance that he/she ran? Oh I forgot you had your stop watch in your other hand timing how long it too them to complete the measured distance?
You should come to my town and watch/record all of the scooter riders that park up outside a shop and do their shopping - not forgetting those that have a crutch under each arm but they hardly touch the ground.
You need to loosen up a bit
Some people have no life.
And yes I know she's a bb holder and on DLA HRM as she complained of losing it, and went to tribunal. Yet she walks her dog at least 2 miles a day, and jogs to try and lose weight. Do you think people like that should be allowed to get away with it?0 -
Portly1 have we hit a nerve?0

I sent in a report on a disabled faker, getting out of their mobility car, running (not walking) at least 800m.
Of course it could have been his passenger who was disabled?Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0
