  • I got my pin today as well so they are on the ball there, but I think they are referring to the report of xo having trading problems last week due to upgrade of software.

X-O posted my PINs the same day my account was opened, Thursday, but Royal Mail took until today to deliver them and, because I'm going away, I ran out of time. No fault of X-O.

Cheque arrived in the post today. Sold by automated phone line on Tuesday <1pm. Sold price was £4.8095. For some reason was charged £8.19 to sell instead of the quoted £7.50?
Anyway, a nice easy profit of of nearly £350 for very little hassle.

    It's 0.75% with a minimun charge of £7.50.

For who are using x-o site and have a certificate. To get a CREST form go to the How to use section - question no 5. Full instructions are there. You can download a form

I got my certificate today and was just in the process of completing the X-O crest transfer form and wondered, do you need to put your X-O account number somewhere or will they just tie it up to your name and address?

There was no mention of putting your account number on the form in their instructions, so I didn't.

Me neither, they'll easily find me from the postcode.

Wouldnt do any harm to stick it on the top of the form but I think they'll be able to get it. XO are pretty good when Ive used them, you can also buy their shares also done well

RM valued at 5bn, same as now prior to IPO but sold cheap for easy sale and due to strike threats

Has anyone counted up how many the 227 sales add upto, I wonder when all these carpetbaggers will take an effect on the price :p
