Wrong again
You use that form for postal selling, not automated telephone service.
You cannot use the automated phone service if you requested a cert. It is for nominee share service participants only.

I sold on Tuesday through the automated phone line. Anyone done the same and recieved their cheque yet, as I haven't? I understood it would be sent out within 2 business days?

I placed an sell order today for my Royal Mail shares @ £5.08, I note they reached £508.32 I have checked the order on XO website and it says the order is pending, can anyone tell me if the £508.32 was the sell or buy price and if you think they will have sold.
Thanks0 -
good to see them over £5:T0

That is fantastic Quentin.
You sign that form and send it back and you have no control over the price the shares sell for. It is possible that by the time they get the form back that the shares are valued less than what you paid for them and you can't do anything about it.
Absolutely outstanding advice. Well done!Wrong again

Sorry ps2659 I do not know but it would be great if you can post back when you find out the answer as there are others here who intend to use X-O and your answer would be really useful.

Don't get this. I see you just use sarcasm to hide your poor advice.
I'm not giving advice, just correcting your misinformation.0 -

5.08 is the mid price, so what happens with orders is they dont trigger till mid is higher and the sell price is actually above 5.08.
