Thank you have pointed out that at this rate they will end up with two poorly people.0 -
Glad to hear some people are finally getting results.
I'm still awaiting. Claim form was sent off late June, my case opened 17th July, just found out that my details were sent to Capita on 22nd Sept from DWP and have still heard nothing.
Got given a number to call them and do their leg work basically, over 30 mins on hold and I had to give up do to hand cramps and also frustration! Has anyone had any experience with Capita and trying to get through to them?
Surely they should have asked me to come to an assessment or something when they have had my details for 6-7 weeks. Getting mighty annoyed with all this.0 -
i suppose it all depends on how many other peoples details they have too!
i think we all knew that PIP would be an absolute shocker to roll out.
just to undermine your confidence a little more ....
i was speaking to a DLA decision maker aa few times over the past week or so and he admitted that he hasnt even had his PIP training yet.
so obviously once the assessments are done, there is another queue to join before a trained DM get their hands on the file!0 -
Well had my assessment nearly three weeks ago and still being audited by ATOS been told should be sent back within the next week or so the waiting game continues, suppose once it goes to decision maker will be waiting again and getting more ill and frustrated arrggggg!!!!!0

On a forum used by welfare advisers, they are saying that no-one has yet had a client who has got a PIP decision (other than those claiming fast-track due to terminal illness)!
Not even then. My husband claimed on October 17 under the special rules for terminal illness and he hasn't heard yet. There's a real possibility he'll die before they decide. Not had a reply from local MP got a b@llsh@t response from Crapita acknowledging the complaint but then not giving any timescales. Another letter me thinks.0

We're now at five weeks (and I've chased them three times) and we still haven't heard under the special rules."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
