Capita are doing them in some areas, instead of ATOS and can be painfully slow - you can ring and check the progress, but it's really just a question of waiting.

It is Capita, I cant believe there are no SLA's in place. It is at 15 weeks from initial call if I wasnt working he would have starved and we are getting in a financial mess because of having to get him to appointments0 -
It is now 30 weeks since I applied for PIP, and 19 weeks since I had my medical assessment, and I still haven't had a decision !!!Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0

It might in principle be interesting for someone undergoing a PIP decision to request all paper and electronic records held regarding actions taken on their claim, to see where the delays are.

Hi all had my assessment it went ok hubby went in with me she did say she would send the report back straight to the DWP after the assessment, not sure this will happen but we will see.0

Finally got my decision today, I've been awarded enhanced mobility for 3 years backdated to 1st April of this year. Its been a long wait but worth it in the end.Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0

Well the way I am looking at it is its been a sort of savings club for Xmas and the £1,500+ they have just paid me today will come in very handy !!! :jIts amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0 -
