Hope you have a lovely day. It is our 21st Wedding Anniversary today but Mr Dusty is still working in the US so no celebrating here:( I have to be a Governor on duty at the school anyhow. I have treated us to a new bed sheet from Dunelm as when I went to take ours off the bed not only is it threadbare it now has a whole in it.
Happy Anniversary anyway, Dusty; take a raincheck and do something nice when Mr Dusty comes home.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
  • Happy birthdays and anniversaries all round, hope you all have great evenings :)

    Today I have:
    Washed my makeup brushes
Knitted the toe and a little bit of the foot on my second sock
    Paid work for 2 hours
    S&S kitchen and bathroom

And that's it. I have no right to be as tired as I am.

Off to boss DS1 into cleaning out his hamster and have a shower as I smell like a tramp's underpants. Why do old people insist in having their heating on all day in this weather?!

Toad in the hole for din dins. Yum.

  • Valli, Rosyq and Juliejim: Happy b'days!

Mr and Mrs CY: Happy anniversary!

Flying Update: The girl done good this morning! (Bedclothes changed, a lot more paperwork sorted/thrown/actioned and a 101 challenge completed as well) but as I'm without internet access at home at the moment, have had to come to the library this afternoon to do several things.

    Bye ......

Oh I may wet myself laughing. DD1 just text me she is absolutely raging.. she is in trouble for 'fighting' at college... she slapped a boy who knows DS2 for calling him horrible names.. he was sat next to her talking about him and saying the nasty names he used to call him so DD1 pipes up.. 'and you happen to be sitting next to the !!!!!y big sister' and clobbered him one.. and they told her to apologise and she has refused so is in trouble lol... She has never raised a hand to anyone other than one girl who bullied her when they were about 7 and she still rants about that! .. Made my day that chuckle.

Dw been on twice and still needs another round..
gammon done but I can't be bothered to cook anything to go with it.. I may send the boys out for chips and do rice for me
