Glad to hear you sounding so upbeat today, Emz:j
Back to the breakfast front, do you like porridge? I know it sounds boring but it is really nutritious and very quick and easy to make (less than 5 mins in a pan on the hob). I mean 'real' porridge not the convenience-style pots or 'instant' stuff.
I couldn't drink milk to save my life (have coffee black and tea with the teeniest splash of milk in) but worry I don't get enough calcium. Porridge is the answer, made with half and half milk and water but you could use 100% milk if you want. Then I add golden syrup/honey/maple syrup/brown sugar (just one of them, not all 4 per serving:rotfl: )plus nuts or anything I fancy, My extra indulgence is some half-fat cream on the top and I'm in paradise. Can eat cream when milk is a bit of a no-no. Funny that!
Anyway I had that concoction for breakfast every day this week. Bliss:j. It's slow-release carb too and it keeps me not feeling hungry until late afternoon.0 -

Hmm, not too sure about porridge. I used to have it when I was younger, but I don't really like the thought of it anymore. I know that sounds weird, my OH says I'm extremely fussy!!
I think on the days that I'm at home, I'm going to have to cook something, like a bacon sandwich or beans on toast, so it's just on Thursdays and Fridays when I don't have time to make and eat anything like that (unless I get up at 5am!).

Feeling so tired - have been all day. I even had a little nap round my mum's earlier. Not much work done, but my total did go up and my health comes first now.
I'm just watching the football whilst doing my meds and then will go to bed.

That's better!! I had a good 10 hour sleep and feel so much more 'with it'.
Bacon sarnies for breakfast this morning and then OH is taking me to Wetherspoons for lunch. I'll get a pasta ready meal for tea and then will try and snack loads in between those meals.
Must go into Boots today and sign up to their repeat prescription service. They just sort out the prescriptions for me on a regular basis and then it's all there ready for me when I need it. So easy to do and the Boots 2 minutes down the road is open until midnight. Win win.
Just withdrew £10 from JPJ. I'm just playing the free game now and waiting until my money has reached £10. Sometimes it takes a while to build up.
Off to do my meds.

To make matters worse, I now have a stinking cold. Have felt rotten all day. On the bright side though, I have got up to £160.
I'm going to have something to eat, watch the X Factor, have a shower and go to bed.

Boo to the cold.

Hello - thanks Lou :A
Just a quick post. I'm still feeling rotten, flaming cold. Can't stop coughing so my stomach muscles are aching like mad.
However, check out my signature - I'm up to £200 for the month. But don't worry, I'm taking it easy tonight
.

Afternoon
Well, the night time cough has started. I think I got around 3 hours sleep in broken intervals last night.
On the bright side, I've been paid £5 for a mobile survey I did and am expecting £30 from TCB at some point. I also got £6 worth of free cheese and yoghurt courtesy of BzzAgent yesterday.
I'm working on getting my earnings up too - nearly up to £230.

Rough news on the cold and cough. when is your next doctor's appointment?
Do you have to tell the debtors about anything re repayments? Hope you take it easy tonight
