And the pain is back. Really wish I knew what this was. It's really sore pressure behind the eyebrow bone. Probably sinuses but I wish it would go away.
Dinner is the rest of the pasta bake I made earlier so nice and easy.0 -
Aww, I'm sorry you are feeling rough. My fatigue is really rough at the moment, it's starting to get in the way of work and studying.
In your position, I would probably get the hotty bottle and go to bed until it had all passed. But then, I'm a wuss.0 -

Thanks. You are not a wuss, well if you are so I am, taking to be with a hot water bottle is my default remedy for everything. Nothing soothes me better than bed and a hot water bottle.0 -
I have taken two ibuprofen and the pain is easing a bit.
Dinner has been had. Kids are showered and ready for bed and school.
Just got to sort my lunch and bag, then it's a shower and into bed with a hot water bottle

I don't know about your experience, but I find getting medication a total nightmare. My doctor recently sent me materials for depression instead of, you know, CBT... Which was what she was supposed to be sending me.
Have a good night!0 -

I just have prescription strength painkillers nothing else. Really don't think the Dr knows what to do. I suppose if I pushed it I might get something else but most of the time I manage between resting, hot water bottles, baths and good old moaning lol0 -

Hi Madchickenlady (love the name)
I too think I have been lucky but then I do only work part time and have plenty of time to rest.
I know people who have it much worse.0 -
