2 more debts have accepted my plan.. both Natwest.. funnily enough they have taken the incorrect amount for one of them off my financial statement and are undercharging themselves £30+ a month.. I am going to keep the payment to what I actually advised them I would be paying as this is the one I think I want to target first...

Night out tonight. family night.. hope OH will pay...:D

So 4 out of 9 ready to go....

Happy Lazy Sunday Afternoon..

House guest has moved on so I have my house back..:j Now onto washing bedding and towels etc ready for house guest number 2.. Luckily we do have about an 8 week break in between...

Last night was quite bizarre... dd didn't want to come and I told her she didn't have to.. well it became apparent very early on in the evening that she really didn't want to be there and it was all my fault she was.. so I was the target.. she actually said she liked to see me upset...:eek: Never had that before.. I did manage to remain my usual calm.. ish self and the evening passed off reasonably well, but not one I want to repeat..! She's back to normal today so god alone knows what that was all about.. on the plus side OH did pay our share...

Today I have written to PRAT again, chasing my default.. I have also been looking at the good old CCA stuff again.. I have 3 debts pre April 2007.. one is 1997:eek: So once Self Managed is settled I will CCA them..

No other news for today.. ironing to do then cooking .. oh and Happy Day.. Not really my thing..

Happy Monday.... Well its Wednesday for me as I am on a short week...:j

Another acceptance today from the lovely APEX.. they have accepted for the next 3 months.. gracious of them... I will be CCA'ing them before then I suspect, as this was a pre April 2007 debt... Anyway for now they get what they are given!

So 5 done.. 4 to go...

Nothing new to report...

Hi Noah..

CCA stands for Consumer Credit Act I believe.. basically you can write to all your creditors and request a copy of your agreement, this in turn may or may not be sent or may not be accurate. At this point the debt may become unenforceable. All highly complicated and lots of posts about it on the forum. Personally I have only sent one to what was my old egg card sold to BC and then sold to a DCA, they did come back with something so I am not pursuing it.. I will send some more when I have settled into self managed.

A bit of a quiet week here... with it being half term I have been very lazy at getting up with no school run to do... have been working apart from yesterday morning and today..

Money News..

One Poll up to £37.60.... £2.40 until payout...

Have managed to save £50 this week so am going to try and save another £50 and pay off an extra £100 to lovely mother in March which will bring my debt down to £1800.. 9 months to go...

Have also decided I will go away with her, probably in November.. she's very down at the moment and needs something good to focus on...

dd studying for her mocks next week.. I shall use the term studying very loosely...

Have an offer of lunch with a friend today but not sure I want to do that, I have many little jobs I need to do and would like to spend some time with dd today....

No more news from Creditors. still waiting for 4 to reply to my self managed letter and offer.. maybe today....

No further on with the Fit and Fabulous.. come on puzz must do better....

Tuesday.....Still seems a long way to the weekend....

So still waiting for replies from 4 of my creditors with regards to my new payment plan.. they best get a shift on as I want to set it up to go for the 1st of March... Maybe today I will get some post...

Have had a response from PRAT with regards to my letter requesting they default the account. They told me it was defaulted by BC yet have been marking it AP... They have now responded with a 'we are dealing with your complaint and put the account on hold' again... for goodness sake I am happy to pay you just do what you said you were going to do... Will pay them anyway next week...

Money news.. Have squirreled away another £20 to pay lovely mother so now have £70...

Payday next Monday, still have £60 in the bank so depending what I can squirrel this week v what spends are needed from the bank I can always use some of that to make the £100 extra loan payment....

dd very up and down with her mocks this week, will be very glad to get to Friday evening.... OH now away for the weekend so just us girls..:D

One Poll now on £38.00.. has slowed down as it usually does when you get near payout but it will come....

Update time..

Came home to no new mail so decided I would make some calls...

So.. Creation have 'passed' the debt on to Lowells.. won't commit if its been sold or being dealt with just 'passed'... so I shall wait to hear from them if they would like some puzz pennies.... this is the other one that isn't yet defaulted.. I feel a complaint coming on if it hasn't been.....:D

Cap One... didn't read the letter.. assumed as I mentioned SC that I was staying with them so were continuing the plan...:p dumbo's.... now have got the details to set up my plan....

NW and RBS letters sent yesterday so hopefully they will arrive by the weekend and I can get the 7 who are having some money set up...

So nearly ready to make the 1st payment through the Puzz dmp company...
