I tend to bin most of the cards I get, but keep ones from very close family or for very special occasions. I have a small box where I store them in. Every few years I sort it out so that it isn't full - I should probably sort it out now, as I'm sure I'll have a few baby ones to add soon! My Mum has recently done me a "favour" by passing all the baby cards and gifts she got when I was a baby over to me as part of her great declutter... luckily she had decluttered most of them already, but I'm not sure why she thought I'd like them! xxMarch 2016 - £178,914.59; July 2017 £146,160.38

Had an email today from V1rgin, telling me they are getting rid of the email address I've had with them for years. So I have 30 days to find a new one and try and remember to update all my different info everywhere!

Very proud of myself. Despite being really tired I have hoovered everywhere (even if it was kind of middle of the floor type hoovering), cleaned the kitchen worktops, washed the floor, bleached the bin and dusted a few surfaces. Oh and its bin day tomorrow so I have chucked a few things that were lurking around. I wouldnt have done this without your motivation so thank you all!
I made an apple crumble from our own apples and it was lovely. Off to tidy up the kitchen (again) now then get my pjs on I think.0 -

TY for comments.
Karma fairy is helping ME anyway...I have a day's supply booked and two upcoming INSET days which I am supposed to be getting paid for *kerching*
Piggers - hope the suspicions turn out to be unfounded or that it's early enough for a cure
I have removed a box od gibble from work, binned some carp out of it and washed the box (it is my own, plastic, with a lid) so we can put DS's kitchen bits in. They're all washed too, then they don't have to be washed when we get there;) I just need to wash his crockery, now.
KH is giving DS £20 per month so that's something...DS asked him directly.
I had another weep today; our clerk (AnWsmum, you DO know her IRL:)) has a daughter who has just gone to Manchester and I fessed up to crying at the weekend and we both had another weep.
LOL
The child has, on occasion, driven me mad. Yet I will miss him! Go figure!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hmmm - well Dh has decided that we're decorating the living room, so we've been sorting things in there ( a box of toys has gone, and a huge pile of books) and we've been painting up diff colours of paint - and we can't agree. He has, however, sanded back most of the fireplace today, will finish it tomorrow and then I can seal it
Today we also moved the (vvvv heavy) bookcase from the living room to DS2's room - which meant emptying DS2's bookcase and moving his bed and taking down the curtains.... DS2's bookcase then went into DS3's room - so DS3's current shelves had to be emptied and have gone into garage and I'll attempt to sell them
Shelves in DS2s and DS3's rooms now refilled and look lovely
