I do hope so. Onto to my 2nd peel this coming Saturday. Have avoided wearing any face makeup as well because I was trying to avoid clogging up the pores.

I love the feeling of smoothness after my glycolic but I am noticing my skin seems congested and clogged more!

    Can anyone suggest anything please?

Look at the ingredients in your moisturiser to see if they're comodogenic. I love coconut OIL but cannot use it on my face as it gives me blackheads almost straight away. :o
  • Wow, I've just read the whole thread! So much to take in!

After being treated to a facial and massage for Mother's Day, I realise I've been a bit slack with my skin care routine. My skin could be in better condition, I have oily/combination skin and I suffer with blackheads.

Am I right in thinking that Mandelic, salicylic, salicylic Mandelic peel would suit my skin?

What sellers would you recommend on ebay?

Sorry for all the questions but I'd rather get it right x
  • A lot of people on this thread, including myself, buy their peels from SR Skincare.

They also have an ebay store too.

If you click on active solutions, there are a number of peel options, each one gives information on what each peel can offer. You could always send them an email asking their advice.
  • Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this particular kit & whether people have similar experiences of using it.

I'm only onto day 9 of the regime so still early days for me.

I am only a couple of days ahead of you on it, I can't say I have noticed any huge difference but I do love the products and for the price it is a bargain-you can pay far more for a single item!!

The products do seem really nice. I'm really hoping this regime helps reduce the size of my pores more than anything.

I was expecting a little dryness on the face, however, I would say my skin seems a little more oily. I've been trying to avoid using any face makeup/powder, but may have to start using a little face powder to help reduce shine.
