I explained to sr-skincare what skin problems Ive got and they advised trying the 10% Mandelic peel twice a week, which equates to doing a 20% peel once a week.

I am also using their Volumiser moisturiser cream.

Has anyone tried doing a peel this way ie: lower strength twice a week? Also, is there anything I should be using to help prep my skin before applying a peel?

No devil but I know of a couple of companies that sell it like that.

You also get the 5% salycilic daily stuff.

SR stuff is good.

I am on a break so using retinal A stuff

I used to use SR skincare combo peel. It was the Mandelic/Salicylic acid one but for some reason they discontinued it.

What's retinol a?

Use lemon juice twice a week and olive oil for moisturising. Renews skin and protects against sun damage.

hey im new this thread writing and clueless how to start a new post but im interested in salicylic acid peel. would anyone suggest this is the best thing to use for blackheads on nose? what percentage would anyone suggest for first time use ? and how many times a week to apply? chheers
