A warning on Tesco Clubcard points and vouchers - 'expired' vouchers policy change

Indeed it would! I'll tell the wife, shall I?Given you started the thread. Wouldnt it have been prudent to be on top of expiring vouchers?
Tesco seem to have changed their policy since the thread started - and quite right too. I'll report back in due course on their current approach.0 -
Anyone know what their current policy is on vouchers which have expired - some of the wife's seem to have vanished over the last few months now!
Looks like Tesco are back to their old tricks again - they claim not to be able to see any expired vouchers on their system. So tough luck!
Another good reason to ditch this unpleasant, rapacious company and switch to Aldi. Will they never learn how to stop hacking off customers?

Sticking to expiration dates is not unpleasant or rapacious.
Take some responsibility for your own vouchers.0 -

Did I say it was the unnecessary expiry policy that makes Tesco unpleasant and rapacious? Are you not aware of the way that Tesco does business, both as regards customers and suppliers?
Mistakes happen - such is life. But a good company will put things right for a customer, because happy customers return. Unhappy customers don't return - which is precisely why Tesco are losing so many customers. Mean little stunts like this just make it worse for them.
I do hope you never make a mistake which involves asking a company or a public body to show a bit of decency and humanity. If you ever do, you might change your 'take some responsibility' attitude. :rotfl:0 -

I've got a few expired vouchers. I say 'oh never mind' and bin them. It's not worth my time.0 -
Oh for the love of all that is Holy.
Will people stop b!tching about the clubcard vouchers. If its not people moaning about how you can get better deals by not using clubcard websites, expired coupons then its something else.
When will people learn that the tesco don't give out these vouchers because they are feeling generous - they give them out because they use the data collected for marketing purposes.0 -

Just out of curiosity, since you feel that way why waste your time (and everybody else's) posting?
This is a thread clearly entitled:
"A warning on Tesco Clubcard points and vouchers - 'expired' vouchers policy change"
What would you expect to find in it?0 -
