buyer relisted item I sold but hasn't paid me!

We have a business in this town that sells stuff to schools.
No stock - just buying everything as cheap as possible from the internet & having it sent to buyer.
eBay is a main source for them.

Hi sorry it was not a wind up. I have a part time job. I also have a 1 year old. I also had a death in the family yesterday so excuse me if I have not had time to be online as soon as is expected.

Thanks for all the sensible replies,

I flagged it upto paypal, who sent me a registered address for the seller in virkie, Shetland islands. so its on its way there. The buyer paid this afternoon.

I also wrote my seller id on the plastic tub, and enclosed a copy of the invoice in the envelope.

My apologies for not updating people, it has been a long week.

Just checked my 'seller' feedback. I've sold to this guy before... I remember now, he did the same thing last year. Its not worth the argument. He has the goods, I have my pennies.
