buyer relisted item I sold but hasn't paid me!

Hi,
been trying to make some money off ebay this week to raise some money so listed some items.
One of these was a canon ink cartridge, brand new and sealed. A buyer bought it for £5 at 1pm this afternoon. I have since (by being nosy and looking at his feedback/items for sale), found that he buys then sells them on at a higher price.
at 5pm, he listed the exact one for auction, and is now refusing to give me the delivery address.
How long are they allowed to take before giving an address. I have over 300 feedback but 299 are purchases.

How can he refuse you the delivery address?
If he paid by paypal then his address will be there.
Just looked at the title of your question, has he paid or not?
If he hasn't then you will not get an address,if he doesn't pay within a couple of days start a NPB action.Lose is to not win......Loose is not tight......get it right!0 -
No he hasn't paid. If you go to the 'order details' thing in my ebay, it shows
Delivery address:
To be advised

Buyers have to have items sent to their paypal registered address, so unless he has one listed with them then he isn't actually a legitimate buyer.
It sounds as if perhaps, if he is selling cartridges on, that he lists them again after winning auction, gets a buyer & then will give you this buyers address for you to send on directly, which would save him effort & additional p&p if this is indeed what he is trying to do.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Open a NPB after 2 days.0

Say you will only post to the paypal registered address which paypal says it's ok to send to.0

He's being cheeky and using you as a dropshipper. I'm not sure what you could do, buy his item and refuse to give your address ?
Open an NPB as soon as possible (48 hours from sale date) 0 -
If he does pay, ensure you include a print out of the ebay invoice showing what he paid

Maybe a call to paypal and say your buyer has no legitimate address.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Wasn't someone doing this a few years ago and ended up going to prison? They were buying computers on Ebay and then reselling them and getting the seller to send them to their buyer. They then got a bit too ahead of themselves and starting selling the computers before they'd actually won them!0
