Can you please count me in on this too? Am certain the extra £200 will come in useful for Christmas

Just in case anyone fancies giving eCigs a go (I stopped smoking real cigs in March using them).

I've bought both (no affiliation) just a cheaper way of trying it than big spend on starter kit.0 -
count me in. Got my patches today so am starting a bit early but weaning myself in gently.
If saving circa £200 a month isn't an incentive I don't know what is.BYS # 7 £0 /£1000Quit smoking Sept 2013 - Saved £525 (4/12/13)0 -
Count me in too, I have an appointment with the practice nurse on Friday for some inhalators, patches make me feel nauseous for some reason so not a good option.
Oh and I am not telling anyone at home or work what I am up to this time, so if I struggle it will only be me that knows about it, I can't stand the thought of people asking how I am getting on, if I am wanting a fag, I am not the most positive person anyway so don't need anyone saying good luck, you can do it, it's only hard for a few days etc etc. you get the picture I am sure.
I used to smoke about 30 a day then changed to roll ups and have reduced down to about 10/12 a day now, so I am hoping that it won't be too difficult.
I just have to tell myself that there are no reasons to continue - but my mind plays tricks on me and tries to convince me, just one won't hurt. That is going to be my battle I think
So I am officially saying here and now I am going to give it a good go for Stoptober, my pack is ordered and I will succeed...

So it's officially day 1 for me today - I did have a little slip up this morning and had a few puffs but armed with my patches now and am taking the inhalater to work.
Yesterday I actually only smoked 12 which means there's now 7 ciggies left in the house. Not quite ready to throw the few remaining ciggies though but I don't see them as a temptation just yet. Cough has already started though (guess that's what happens when you half your daily intake).
Good luck to the rest of you starting your journey
