Brushed landing and stairs. (Can't believe how much fur this cat sheds)
Shopping
Tidied everywhere

How did you get on in your HHCat, mrs-mp?
ETA: I see we cross-posted! Congratulations on your achievements, especially the exercise and weight loss :T
An hour and a half on from the challenge, I am quite pleased with myself and enjoying a well-earned :coffee: Yesterday I painted the wall behind the shower; today I have done the wall behind the bath and partway along the window wall. I'm using a fairly bright blue and painting up to the white sloping ceiling is always difficult - my hands are never particularly steady - but I'm very pleased with the result so far
I don't expect any stars this week for the piddling amount of flying that I've done, but we can see great progress in the house thanks to the carpenter :j
I'm definitely up for the virtual coffee morning and especially the virtual, non-fattening cake as we shall be starting at SW next Thursday
Now off to the shops... Will catch up with you all again this afternoon.0 -
So far worktops and kitchen table cleared and cleaned, chairs have been washed, microwave cleaned, floor hoovered and then moped, wm x 2, dw emptied and reloaded, bin emptied and details for tomorrow sorted.
Heading to town now for OH so i'll hopefully get a job ticked off the charity list.
Then home and get more flying done. Done a big list this morning and printed out so i can tick off when done (seems to be working so far).“Life is short, live it. Love is rare, grab it. Anger is bad, dump it. Fear is awful, face it. Memories are sweet, cherish it.”0 -
You did get the new arrival registered at the Doctor's, didn't you?
More coffee and then ... it's the stuff under the bed.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Maybe we could do a virtual coffee/tea event in aid of Macmillan or a charity that was close to Toot's heart.

I would be up for this my uncle has been kept over night for two nights and has already been given an appointment with a MacMillan nurse ever though the biopsy has not come back yet (will take a week or two)
Also my mam has throat cancer 4 years ago and after aggressive radio and chemo therapy she is in remission :T but the MacMillan nurse she had was fantastic.Hi lozzy. In my experience, the more polyester the jumpers have in, the bobblier they go, so there's probably not much point in taking them back. It helps a bit to wash (and tumble dry) them inside out. I use one of those de-bobbler shaver machines when they really irritate me. I am carefully preserving all the old pure cotton jumpers our school used to have before they switched to 50/50!
Thank you, I will wash/dry them inside out, and that draw I sorted on Monday had my bobble off machine in so I can use that too
No flying from me, well just the table and chairs again! and this mornings dishes, I am going to have to ring the council again ... and have a good look at my list to see what else needs doing.0 -
