There seem to be loads of babies at the primary school here too.. but in the last few years the birth rate here has increased massively for some reason.

    'Tis a nationwide trend.

    Another Governor meeting decluttered.

I need some head space now and boys will be knocking on the door any minute.

Going to find my list and do a HH of something

I've been to paid work today then met a good friend for a cuppa before school pick up.

Someone has taken my whites out of machine and left them wet on the utility room floor. Seeing as DD1's clothes are wet on the airer i know the culprit. I'm not amused. She has also put 3 extra large bathtowels in the TD. They take forever to dry and the rule is to leave them on the airer for a minimum of 8 hours before putting them in the TD to fluff them up.

DS3 has been showered and smothered in emolient creams. He's off to his friends for a sleepover. Ineed to get a birthday card and bung some dosh in it.

I'm back to feeling taken for granted so will be doing nothing tonight. My family are all TTP.

I'm thinking of the tiny baby. I hope her young mum finds the strenght and support to cope with whats ahead.

DD is home and slamming around. Take out & early bed for her I think! I really need to get the recipes/ingredients together to make stuff like our local take-out, it seems to be the only thing that calms her mood swings down :( I think its all the stodge makes her so tired she can't strop. Time to dig my copy of "take-away secrets" out and compile a Mr A delivery. ;)

I don't appear to have achieved much, but there has been a lot of tidying things away. There was a lot more out of place than I thought!

    Work:
    Tax return
    Shredding
    Write newsletters for next book

    Other:
    Ironing
C lists / home spruce up list - in progress
    Colour hair
    Freshen up winter stuff
    Mr A shop

    Monday - Kitchen
    15 Minutes..

Wipe out the fridge, note what needs using up or restocking
    30 minutes to spare..
    Sweep and mop the floor

Tuesday - Living Room and Hall
    30 minutes to spare..
    Hoover the floor
Wipe mug rings and sticky finger prints away, wipe the remote control

Wednesday - In memory of our dear friend Toots :j:jdone:j:j

    Thursday - Bathroom and study
    15 minutes...

Clean the toilet, sink and bath
    30 minutes to spare..
    Wipe the window ledge
    Got an hour...
    Hoover/mop floor
Descale the shower or bath screen/tiles
Dust up high, being careful not to injury yourself

    Extra challenge:
Check doors for draughts and fix as required
    Delete some emails/favourites/old documents

Friday - Bedroom, you choose which one
    15 Minutes..

Strip the bedding and remake with fresh linen
    30 minutes to spare..
Hoover right into the corners and under the bed if you can
    Clean a window or two
    Got an hour...
    Dust the light shades

Doing laundry now for the rest of the night. Will put some junk on the TV and DD can do her homework (research project apparently) while I try to keep out of her way :o
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
