    Healing wishes for Poppy.

Bit of a frustrating day today although got brownlie points. MIL wanted new net curtains, so I said I'd take her into towen. Between 11.30 and 3.30 she lost then found at various times: glassses, house keys, several scraps of paper with various window measurements on, PIN number. All manner of other things which I'm sure I'll do myself before long; let alone when I'm over 80 so I'm not really complaining. We achieved purchase of 3 sets of curtains, rubbish to tip, Tesbo's, other shop for more storage boxes (for office tidy).

Managed to get dinner done early as OH has fasting blood test tomorrow. Not much else really. Caught up on a few emails, surveys and will do a bit more office stuff. Tried to register for webinar but it wouldn't recognise me; emailed organisers and got 'out of office till 16 Sept' reply.....wading through treacle that one.....hope they sort it as it was a professional organisation I'd joined, one of the benefits of which was buying assessment materials at preferred price, and I need some. Ho hum.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

I've had a little cry over all the messages for Toots. She was a lovely lady and always amazed me when she seemed to know I'd been spending too much time surfing and not enough cleaning!
Pigpen- hope the little baby is ok
decorating areas where kids go, more often than others. Been in this house 4 yrs this Christmas and have done every room except the hall stairs and landing, which is my job while I wait for work. The dining room has been done twice but needs doing again!
Hotspots mine is my desk and dressing table and the kids rooms. Have told them tonight that I am going to take photos and email them to Santa - much tidying then happened :rotfl:
    I've forgotten something!!

I've had an ok day. Managed to work out that we can manage on DH's money but it will be tight. Feel better knowing that. Had a cry last night and couldn't sleep for a while, I'm shattered now!
had a NSD which was good too!
    Flying today:
    changed our bed,
    WM and DW on
    hoovered downstairs again
    hour of ironing
bottled more beetroot, have 30 jars now and still more on allotment:eek

Really daft question... Am away to be letting out my flat and the tenant just asked what method they'll pay the rent and it suddenly occurred to me I have no idea!!!
Do I give them my bank details to set up a standing order? Obviously I don't want to deal in cash or cheques so I guess I've not got much choice. I was planning to set up a savings account for the 'profit' as a just in case something comes up fund. Would it make sense to make that a current account separate to my personal one?

This is working out sooooo much more confusing than I expected haha

Ok, so I think this is us... Top list is daily lists, if you complete all three levels you get a star (I havent included the extra challenges, only because Toots never did - they were just that... extra :D ) The second list is for people who have mentioned they have done something from their Toots List...

If I have missed anyone, or not counted properly/read properly... Please give me a nudge!!

There are a few of you who only had one item left on your daily lists, (including me!) -- so go for a HHC tomorrow and see if we can get rid of those jobs :)

I will if you will :p
