Hi all,
was telling a friend at work about the site and forum and she mentioned a problem she's having cleaning venetian blinds. Other than taking them down and putting in the bath or cleaning each bit individually is there a quick and easy S&S type method to keep them a bit fresh?
Thanks
LJ

Here's the list for this evening, though my day is already NOT going to plan. Do a pilates class at work one lunch a week, due to half day Monday I couldn't manage and thought to myself I'd go Thursday except now my bosses have scheduled a lunchtime meeting  Was also going to go swimming after work but wonder if it's a luxury at the minute with so much to do in the run up to moving (still have to re paint bedroom amongst others on the moving home Toots list). Will see how I feel at 4.30!
Weather wise it ahs brightened up here which is nice though it will likely mean a colder night. GCH may find itself getting a blast in the mornings if that's the case.
Have a good day all

Afternoon everyone,
Beef wellies were a rip roaring success, DH was a happy chappy.
This morning has been spent cluttering up SIL's sofa, drinking coffee and gossiping. Home for a quick lunch then paid work from 1-3. Picking up DS1 then DS2, then home to tackle ironing and cook dinner. Feel like the day is disappearing fast but it was good to have some girly time this morning. Will S&S bathroom before I go out.

I give them a quick vac with the brush attachment once a week to try and catch the dust before it "sticks" IYKWIM. They still need a proper wipe down with a damp cloth every few weeks but this stretches out the gaps between thorough cleans. HTH.0 -
I haven't been on in a very long time, health decides on what kind of flying I do, and it is very minimal at best, but just found out about toots, she was a wonderful woman and an inspiration to many. just seen the sad news about toots on facebook - such sad news. RIP lovely lady.xx
haven't been on MSE for ages; I knew the family debt was going to get very bad whilst we haemorrhaged money and I couldn't face updating my signature each month with an ever worsening debt at worst line :embarasse but I knew it was unavoidable with full time child care for both girls. Evie started school yesterday so our finances should start to improve slightly and at the weekend I'm going to feel brave and figure out just how bad it got... then formulate a get out of debt as quickly as possible plan.DFW Nerd Club #545 Dealing With Our Debtnever attribute anything to malice which can be adequately explained by stupidity, [paranoia or ignorance] - ZTD&[cat]
