Free quality coffee, free newspaper, not as busy as Tesco, nice staff and most important a different class of customer!

Yes we used to shop at Tesco a lot but now do most of our shopping in Waitrose.

The quality of their food is second to none and their prices now compare favourably(I think they have a price match scheme now).

Only the other day we were saying how different it is to shop in there, no children running you over with trolleys etc. I have not once heard anyone swear in there, I myself have offered and been offered a share in the reduced items when both been looking at them.

The free tea/coffee and paper is great as well, the cafe is calm and relaxed and the children very well behaved.

Just because you were banned for comments you aimed towards me doesn't mean it was me who made the complaint. Although given the nature of your comments, I wasn't surprised in the slightest that they were reported. Even by your normal standards you crossed a line.
