Hey everyone! I'm on my phone again! Laptop is in need of a reset which we can't really afford before Christmas. We are all sorted here for Christmas, everything is bought and nearly wrapped. I've sent off parcels second class today so I hope they get there on time, I'm not organised enough to send them off any earlier
My volunteering has taken a back seat, I'm keeping up with the one family I have but have turned a second one down and refused a job offer (rubbish pay for awkward hours and I didn't know anything about the job) am hoping a better one might come up though in a field that I know something about
I've started with a new meditation class once a week and it helps keep me sane. DH is still miserable but has done nothing about leaving his job or changing it?! I guess that's up to him though I can't make his decisions for him.
The dog was ill again at the weekend and I'm currently trying to claim for the insurance pay out otherwise I have £600 to pay off my credit card come JanuaryI've never known a dog to be so sick! He's on the best foods, he doesn't really leave my sight and still he's managed to eat or drink something that has made him ill? Anyway onwards and upwards
I am hoping to be back on here properly on a laptop -as I'm no good at typing on a phone -very soon!

Pleased that you are OK, had missed your posts. It is good that you are turning down things that are not right for you. Boo to poorly dog and horrid Vet bill, hope that you sort the insurance OK. You sound very organised for Christmas. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

Hi DFW
What a pain about the laptop and the dog. Expenses you could do without at this time of year.
Can you just do the reboot on the laptop yourself??. I am not pc whizz though, but our old laptop keeps having issues, so I do a factory reset on it and it limps on abit longer.
Fingers crossed with the Pet insurance, sure hope they pay out, that's what they are there for after all. I live in fear of a big vet bill as we have never been able to afford pet insurance. Hopefully next year when the big debts are gone, we can justify setting our pooch up with insurance of some sort.
Good to see you back. xxx0 -
