That is shocking and sad - poor kids, I wonder what kind of lives they have :(.

I'm glad things seem to be moving and the surveyor has been - surely a good sign? well done on the Bay sales but sorry to hear you are so tired and stressed. Last time we moved I seriously wondered f I'd survive it I was so tired . I know you are fiercely independent but maybe ask/demand your kids help out more - you can't do iit all by yourself [end of nag].

Boo Hiss to children not turning up. Remind them FORCEFULLY of their promise to help. Remind them that you HAVE to move to help the finances, so they need to get their fingers out!

boo hiss to the tooing and froing of buyers. Still contracts sound a positive sign.

Poor kids. ON the other hand at least they were getting some exercise, and the mums were smoking outside.....But still:eek::mad:

As I was rushing across to the post office I noticed three women with four very young children sitting in the swing area passing round a wine bottle and drinking from it :eek:
Sorry :o. Will put it in a paper bag next time ;).

Oh dear, that wasn't very good parenting, was it? To say the least!

You're doing great, all will be over soon.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Flipping heck! I cannot think what possessed a group of mums to behave like that. I am really not sure what I would have done, but I think if is asthma gain I would be calling the SS or police as the children are clearly not being cared for at that time in away to minimize risk to them!

There is alight at. The end of the tunnel! You will get there and I think you do need to get the DC to help! like now!not later

Chin up, this too will pass

  • Hey Piq - it does sound like things are starting to move......

Give the kids a reminder call, they'll of not forgotten intentionally, just got caught up in their own lives. They'll come good - they're your kids - how could they be otherwise with such a good role model - eh?

I know you're super busy at the moment. But would 5 minutes of chat and a cuppa with your *Guardian Angel* not give you a little boost? I know she too has her hands full, but perhaps she can make you forget the carp for a moment or two.........

And I'm with gallygirl - 'Of all the parks, in all the world' - you just had to wander past ours................... No, you're right - it's not on. I'd be shocked too because of the care aspect. I am, unfortunately, not surprised by it..........

Have a good day at work - don't accept any marriage proposals we wouldn't take up......:rotfl:

I am still surprised at how shocked I was. Can't decide if it was the bottle without glasses that did it for me :o They looked like the media's idea of a wino
