hmm, ok, well, I realised this morning that my MOT ran out on my car, so I thought oops better take it in. Well, the garage I use is close to one of the studios I work in, so I thought, I might as well go and wait for the car in there. On the walk down the street I saw that this shoe shop I drool at most days was closing down and were having a mega sale. So I popped in, just for a nose, these are those £200 a pair kind of shoes that I look at and think, they are lovely but I couldn't pay that. Anyway, their sale knocked everything down from between £19 to £30, so I ended up buying 4 pairs:o for just under £100.

Then I went into the studio starving because I hadn't eaten all day apart from a banana and there was this lovely looking carrot cake...

So, how was your day?

Weller here - weighing in.................................

Been to GP's and had a weigh in - since a week last Friday I have only lost 7.5lbs *hangs head in shame*

He didn't want to take me off the ADs I am on but I explained to him, well, shouted at him that one of the main reasons I am so depressed is because of my weight so eventually he agreed to perscribe half the dose so starting tomorrow I'll be taking them - he said I had twisted his arm as I said I was just going to stop taking them altogether so I don't think he's very happy with me He did agree however that they do produce a high weight gain and I had put a lot of weight on since I started taking them.

Oh well, back to the drawing board........................
