Well done everyone who has lost anything. I was gutted when I got on scales today and had lost nothing. However (justify, justify) I did only start on Thursday and Wednesday had been a really bad day (end of term tea at MU - cakes galore:D ). I'll keep going though, going to keep a paper diary this week and see how that goes. See you next week everyone, keep up the good work!Proud to have dealt with our debt. DFW Nerd 1474

well done every one on your loss hope your all feeling lighter today i had for breakfast my usual porridge with soya milk and banana whilst out walking i had raspberries cherries and blueberries and a handful of peanuts and seed mix ...for dinner tonight (having it early as i have a class to go too i am having 2 corn on the cobs smothered with butter and pepper on a bed of spinach with feta cheese (and olives in an oil) plum tomatoes spring onion, celery and a sprinkling of sea salt and for supper it will be 2 boiled eggs on brown bread with butter ...i wonder if ive lost any weight not looking good according to what i'm eating lol0

hi all... i didnt decided on a day for my weigh in but just jumped on the scales and i have lost 2lb... however, i wouldnt hold your breath as it the time of the month (well supposed to be) so no doubt next week it will all go back on
it works that way with me :rolleyes: eats today ~

dinner ~ soup 2 brown rolls in 10min

Breakie - 60g porridge 3pts
snack - I managed to eat an apple without too many side effects :j 0.5pt
Lunch - bagel with pate 4pts,ww yoghurt 0.5pt,packet french fries 1pt
Snack - Curly Wurly 2pts
Dinner - 3 low fat sausages,BNS wedges,roasted peppers and courgettes 3pts
Snack - iced gems 1.5pts
