Thank you, you are all lovely :A

Toto - It's a bit of both really - sometimes we bicker about general stuff, sometimes we rehash old arguments, so maybe it's a sticky patch mixed with a bit of pnd? I think we managed to resolve some of our ongoing arguments today, and I feel like we are getting somewhere, but I will have a chat to the health visitor and the doctor (seeing hv on tuesday, and the dr a week tomorrow) and see what they think.

I had pnd with Ryan, and really don't want it again, but at least this time I'm aware that how I'm feeling isn't normal, and I want to do something about it before it gets out of hand.

Anyway, sorry, I took the thread way off topic there didn't I!

Tigtag, well done on your weight loss :T - I can't remember if my weigh in day is tomorrow or Tuesday, I'll have to look back and see when I started!

Hello everyone! Just a quick msg to list what I had today...weetabox for brekkie, a mushroom lasagna and salad for lunch with a slice of garlic bread on the side...was yum and soooo worth it! This was the best option I could pick from the pub menu (took dad out for father's day) then my dad brought me a twister ice lolly...but they are quite low in calories so not too worried about that! Had some spaghetti pasta thing for tea (was a tiny amount as it eventually went cold by the time I ate it and just gave up with it!). Naughty as no water but this usually happens as drink quite a bit during the week just not at weekends which I need to change! No exercise today apart from cleaning my messy house! Off to bed in a mo...and will weigh myself tomorrow! Well done to all the peeps who have lost weight so far...we can all do this!

Hey snaggles, there is no off topic on this thread. This is our general place to chat, moan, and share our ups and downs. Because, all of this is relevant to our weight loss and debt. We can't be thinking about those things while we've got other stuff on our minds.

Thanks, I don't feel so guilty about it now then!

Just had a look back and my weigh-in day is Tuesday, so I've GOT to be good tomorrow, I've had a couple of good days but have slipped up a few times too, so I'm not very hopeful this week, but at least I'm getting into the swing of it now.

    Morning!

I'm feeling much more determined today, even though I'm going to get soaked on the school run today AGAIN!

Breakfast is a banana, an apple and water, lunch is left over tuna pasta and dinner is quorn piri piri. All served with a large helping of water.

AND I WILL NOT SNACK!!!! :D

    Well from mum's...

    3 more cups of tea
    2 salmon topped breadbuns
    2 Jam tarts... :D

well, that's quite balanced really if you think about it -

3 cups of tea - probably a litre of liquid, keep you nice and full
2 salmon topped breadbuns - omega 3, protein, carbohydrates
2 jam tarts - essential sugars and well, there's fruit in jam so that has to be at least one serving of your five a day!!

    ;):D

Okay beginning of Week 2!! Tummy's rumbling a bit this morning so I'll be having breakfast soon.

Breakfast - potato waffles and beans
lunch - jacket potato with cheese
Dinner - chicken in tortilla wraps with salad

Good luck to everyone with the weigh in
