I drink 2l of tea in a day does that count? I probably only manage 2 glasses of actual water, which is bad I know.

I know I dont drink anywhere near enough, of anything.

I actually love water, and will make more of an effort :D

i might be wrong but i'm sure i read it's actually 2 litres of water a day doesnt matter how you get it (ie tea coffee juice) but as long as you consume 2l of liquid (main ingredient water) you'll be fine

Even so, I often go all day without a drink, not good for you is it

I have that trouble with women as well.

Why do I bother meal planning??

We never made it to the pub, ended up having a lengthy 'discussion' with OH about a few things - we've been arguing a lot recently, but we seem to have resolved quite a lot today, which has been good for the relationship AND the diet!

So lunch was a bag of crisps (VERY nutritious ), and dinner was pasta in a tomato, tuna, olive and basil sauce (that was literally the full list of ingredients, so very low fat). I've got some left for lunch tomorrow too, and it cost next to nothing to make.

The tuna was on special offer (can't remember how much, but ridiculously cheap), the tomatoes were 15p, olives about 60p and basil from the garden. And the pasta was from one of those '6 tonnes for a quid' bags from Asda.

Be afraid Lenny....I'm back on track! :D
