I had to nip into town and while I was there I went into boots who had some weight watchers scales on special offer, reduced from £59 to £24 because the box was a bit battered, so I bought them. I haven't got on them yet though, it might be horrible:rolleyes::A

Right, I'm sticking to the diet so far but need a bit of advice if at all possible, I have stopped drinking coke full stop and its hard
but I am drinking flavoured water (lemon and lime) its only got 0.1 calories in it but obviously its got sweetners in it and I just can't get the taste of these out of my mouth - what I want to know really, is will it pass, will I eventually become used to it?
I can't drink tea without sugar so can't drink that and I am enjoying the flavoured water, very refreshing, its just the after taste.......................0 -
weller - sugar free juice - that worked for me

I'm just on plain water - on my 3rd pint so far.
I have also cut out sugar in my tea. Used to take 2, then my hubby slowly reduced me to 1
Strange thing is, I didnt like it with 1, prefer it with none.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
