    I also need to drink more water. I will join you in making more of an effort.

    Breakfast seems to be my downfall - I dont eat it.

    it is good (and I am pleased, don't get me wrong!!!!!!) but in proportion to my total goal, it's a drop in the ocean.

    I just have to remember not to get disappointed next week if it is something like a pound.

    The site i enter my weight in calculates I'll be at target weight 1 Feb 2009, which will probably extend as the loss slows, but it's a bit like a DFD - something to work on improving!!!

    Snaggles - I'm not sure!! I have a 2 l bottle of wter in the fridge, so perhaps that? (it is filled with tap water lol - tricks me into thinking I'm having 'posh' water and also cold water burns more calories :) )

    So 2l for today? Feeling quite sluggish and bloated and have a headache so I think I do need to be drinking!
