Toto you only need to 'spend' 1.5pts on milk allowance for WW,this is 3/4pint,plenty for cereals and tea,how much milk do you have to use up 6pts?

I don't eat my exercise points unless I really fancy something naughty ;) like tonight  :D

I do feel liberated - its great. The interview went okay - very informal. He is going to 'have a word with someone in the office' and ring me on Monday - not quite sure what that means. The job is working from home or the office which would be fantastic for me.

I am worried about getting paid from the job I walked out of.... he might hold my money back and I don't want another fight on my hands.

I am trying to get things done around the house before I get back into work, which I am hoping will be sooner rather than later, otherwise I am going to be in serious trouble money wise:eek:

sammy - they CANNOT withold your money - they MUST pay you up to the date you walked including any overtime and outstanding holidays due to that date too - do they have a seperate payroll dept you can speak to if you dont want to speak to your manager.

oops, I guessed that tea and cereal was about 1.5 pints. So for semi skimmed that comes to 6 points. I thought it was a bit much. I'll measure a pint into a jug tomorrow to see what I'm really using. No wonder I'm starving :rotfl:

    Hi everyone

The Cuddly family have all decided they have had enough of being too cuddly (but none of us are brave enough to admit to how much we actually weigh here)

I'm veggie so I'm eating 3 sensible meals a day, I've cut out potatoes and bread (and sweet stuff of course)
OH and DS1 and DS2 (both grown ups) are doing Atkins.

I think it helps that we are all doing it together so you haven't got anyone putting temptation in your way and we're all as skint as one another so if we shrink back into the wardrobes full of clothes it will be moneysaving (also even though the Atkins diet is quite expensive it balances itself out because we're not buying pudding, sweets, crisps or anything like that)

We've been dieting since last Monday so I'll post again on Monday and hopefully it will be happy news

    Bye for now:wave:

well done cuddly, I shall add you to the list. I think it's great you're all doing it together. I'm doing it in spite of my stick thin kids who eat for england.

Hello peeps! Here's my foodie list for today...had weetabix for brekkie, lunch was a bacon sandwich, wholemeal bread with no butter or brown sauce :( and tea was a very naughty chinese...but instaed of the usual full of bad stuff I would have normally gone for, opted for a mushroom curry, boiled rice and some crispy seaweed as could not resist that! Feel quite guilty for getting it, but me and my daughter shared a chinese and watched a movie together...nice girly time, so was all worth it! No exercise today apart from trapsing around cribs causeway shopping centre and the running about trying to clean this messy house which is what I am spending my Saturday night doing...god I know how to live! Gotta get the house tidy as am off to Glastonbury festival on Wednesday and want it nice and tidy for when I return! Also haven't drank any water which is very naughty of me...nowt but diet coke which is extra naughty of me! But at least I have stayed away from chocolate and booze which is how I would normally spend a Saturday night!

That sounds like a good day donner, good chinese choices. I've only had 2 glasses of water and a few buckets full of tea so I'm no better.

Have fun at glasto, we're down there but I'm not going this year for the first time in a zillion years. I just feel like working less at the moment, things have been crazy these past few years and I'm suffering from a bt of burn out. So, I'll leave the mud for the boys till later in the season when I've got a couple of festivals I am working.
