One night out and I am dead on my feet! Had more Jelly babies and a tin of tomato soup and a cheese sandwich. Resisted a can of red bull and still not had chocolate.
Did not meal plan on way home, cos I drove, so not been shopping - just off to get my tea now and I have no idea what to eat!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Have only just seen this post and wonder if it's too late for me to join? I'm about 1 foot under-tall or 3 stone overweight:eek:
But I faced my finances this week, decicded to cut grocery shopping budget from £50 to £40, and cook from scratch, I had hoped a teeny side effect (in addition to more money to throw at debt) would be less inches of fat on me!
Shared home made veggie pizza with hubby for lunch and it was - delicious, much better than take-away or pre-prepared from the shops!

How did your interview go? You doing very well - do you feel liberated?
I do feel liberated - its great. The interview went okay - very informal. He is going to 'have a word with someone in the office' and ring me on Monday - not quite sure what that means. The job is working from home or the office which would be fantastic for me.
I am worried about getting paid from the job I walked out of.... he might hold my money back and I don't want another fight on my hands.
I am trying to get things done around the house before I get back into work, which I am hoping will be sooner rather than later, otherwise I am going to be in serious trouble money wise:eek:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Sure you can join cat, welcome aboard.
El, I'm eating somewhere between 900 and 1200 cals a day. But I think I probably burn around 300 per day in exercise. I'm hungry though so I thought maybe I should eat some of my exercise points. I haven't been up until now but it's hard. I know 900 isn't enough but because I'm doing this calorie shifting thing I have to have some low days. I can't have much though becuase I'm so petite under the flab, so for me to lose weight I need to cut right back.:A

toto i'm the same i'm only 5ft 1 inch so really small i honestly dont know if i could do 900 a day though ...dont you burn off 1300 a day even if you do no excercise just breathing moving about in sleep etc? i have got over 6 stone to loose all together but the thought of a diet just scares me now so i am eating what i want just really upping my excercise (well trying to just not today) but i like this idea of changing your habits everyday and trying to fool your body0
