But let it drive you to have more determination to lose weight (I'm dying to know what the scales had to say). You will be super confident, even more gorgeous and you will have to beat the men away from the door with a big stick. OH will be begging for another chance, because he will have lost something beautiful inside and out. You are worth the effort of sticking with the diet, not because you aren't beautiful already but because you deserve to be happy in your body and to be bursting with confidence.

    Exactly.

    So far I've had:

    1 Diclofenac.
    1 Aldi "Breakfast drink"

Hope this feast/famine thing of yours works Toto...

eek, the neighbours are having a teddy bear's picnic on the green out the back today, all the kids are joining in. I donated some junk food to get it out of the house, but have stayed away because it's too tempting. But my daughter just popped in with a big slice of coffee and walnut cake which looks delicious, it's sitting right next to me now and I can't stop staring at it:drool:

Cut it thinly - very thinly.

You only taste the part that's in contact with your tongue. The rest is wasted calories.

Have you hit the feast yet Z? You seem to live off pain killers and apple juice. I hope this thing works too because the famine day is painful, next time I might go and ask the dentist to randomly drill holes in my teeth so I don't feel like eating.

The cake is gone, I was saved by a group of teenagers. My neighbours sent the rest of the cake round because big mouth DD told them how much I love coffee cake, but just then my son walked in with half of the town, so the cake plus most of my weeks shopping is no more.

Coffee and walnut cake is my favourite :D

I've got what seems like half the school here today. so will hopefully be offloading some of our unwanted junk food on them.

Unfortunately one of them just asked 'are we having pizza for tea Mrs Spud'. Would a slice or 2 be soooo bad

The feast was yesterday - fish and chips and ice cream.

No a slice or two of pizza isn't too bad if you build it in to the rest of the day/week. I prefer to add up my calories or points whatever system you are using and see the weekly total rather than a daily one. So as long as you compensate somewhere there's no reason why you can't have some pizza tonight.

Right, bought some food! Had 2 bananas, 2 small pieces of toast with marg (syns oops) and 3 penny sweets (a syn each). So actually not too bad. Don't want to have any more syns today as I had that chinese, but can have a yummy cheesey pasta bake for tea. Or potatoes (am storecupboard cooking!!).

    Need to do exercise though.

OK (I am so bad but I refuse to take LIH advice and lie ;);))

OH brough fish & chips home  now luckily I had't eaten yet and I know they are 16 points on the WW diet. My weight would allow me 20pts a day so as long as I stick to fruit for the rest of the day (or I might make some leek and onion soup which is free) I can work it into the day and be ok!!

Had a bad MSE day too and spent £18 in Asda when I should really only have spent about £5  - I had to take it out of the [STRIKE]windows[/STRIKE] boob fund - whats the matter with me, BAD tigtag ;)

The fudge and the truffles are in the fridge setting so I must get them packaged up ASAP :D

Hope everyone else is doing better!!

Weight watchers only gives me 18 points a day, but by the time I've had my milk for tea and cereal I have about 12 points for food. I suppose this is why I really struggle on days where I can anly have about 15 points total. I do drink quite a lot of tea and coffee though and have a really hard time giving it up.

The girls who are doing weight watchers, do you eat your exercise points?
