Hi girls, didnt get chance to report in yesterday, sorry :o

I was quite good I think.

Breakfast - toast and a boiled egg

Lunch - tuna salad and sugar free jelly at school. Didnt eat much of the tuna salad though.

Dinner - beans on toast, and a Mars ice cream.

I know I shouldnt have had the ice cream, I wont buy any more once they're gone :p

Ok team, half of us had a little wobble yesterday but that's yesterday, so today we will make an extra effort to stay on track. The scales day is getting closer.

Thank heavens I managed to get through my low calorie day, so today I will have a bit extra.

    Breakfast - Museli
Lunch - 2 slices of home made bread with ham and mustard with one teaspoon of low fat spread.
Dinner - big green salad with 1 tbs of low fat french dressing, and a smoked haddock filet.

    Hello again :hello:

Accidentally missed breakfast this morning as I was stuck in feeding frenzy hell - I think the little one is having a growth spurt and every time I put her down for more than 2 seconds she started howling and putting her fingers in her mouth, then when I picked her up she was literally banging her head on my chest trying to get at the milk!

Anyway, I've had a low fat cheese sandwich, some low fat-ish crisps (french fries) and a huge chunk of cucumber, with a big glass of water, and I'm determined not to be bad today! :D

eek, the neighbours are having a teddy bear's picnic on the green out the back today, all the kids are joining in. I donated some junk food to get it out of the house, but have stayed away because it's too tempting. But my daughter just popped in with a big slice of coffee and walnut cake which looks delicious, it's sitting right next to me now and I can't stop staring at it:drool:

    How much does liposuction cost?:rotfl:
