Reporting in girls -from yesterday.... I think I was the naughtiest. Was running around like a madwoman, had one interview and got another lined up for tuesday. Waited for OH so we could set off for Liverpool and by that time I was soooo hungry my tummy hurt.
When we went to get petrol I bought JELLY BABIES! I never eat jelly babies - I am a total chocoholic but I haven't had a bar of chocolate for nearly three weeks!
Then OH wanted to stop off for something to eat... All he thinks about is his stomach. We were going for a meal in Liverpool so I was quite happy with the jelly babies. Anyway I had a childs cheeseburger (I let the baby have the chips and the toy! I am not totally selfish).
Then after an horrendous journey got to Liverpool just in time for the meal were I demolished half a hot and sour soup. lovely. Then some fried rice, beef in black bean sauce and some duck typy dish. quite small portions....
Oh and some salt and pepper spare ribs (gorgeous) and 1 prawn cracker.
AND loads of wine.
I had to laugh - all my SIL's are doing the slimming world diet and the littlest SIL said she could have FOUR bottles of wine a week on the slimming world diet. I nearly fell off my chair laughing.. She is saving all her syns up so she can still have a drink!
Anyway today is another day! I promise to meal plan on my way home and go shopping when I get home. Have to be careful I am a bit skint now and giving up my job hasn't helped.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Dinner: Something nice and low fat from the freezer.

Day Six in the MSE Big Diet House (said in my best Geordie accent)
Had a sneaky peak on the scales just now (naughty I know) and i'm keeping fingers and toes crossed it is the same or better on Monday.
Had 'words' with OH at 5.30 this morning when he let me just sob in agony in bed with a really bad attack of leg cramp (something I get in the Summer as a legacy of a spinal cord injury) and then just said 'I was asleep, you have had this problem for years and you've learned to live with it'. I just sobbed then with a mixture of the relief of the pain ebbing and the lack of emotion and he just didn't want to know. it's edging towards the 'very nearly over' but I'm not going to let it push me towards food, I want it to push me in the other direction of knowing I'm worth losing the weight.
anyway, food for today:
Breakfast: muesli with skimmed milk and a banana
Lunch: Stir fry chinese veggies and some HM egg fried rice
Dinner: Something turkey mince related. Most probably Keema
Going to do some AQA'ing now, although my head hurts from the crying earlier. Not a good look girls I can assure you."Stay Wonky":D

Oh Keren, I'm sorry you were in pain and OH was being a bloke. I understand why you were upset with him, I would have been too. Only you can decide what to do with your relationship, maybe telling him it's over will be the kick up the a@@ he needs to appreciate what he has.
But let it drive you to have more determination to lose weight (I'm dying to know what the scales had to say). You will be super confident, even more gorgeous and you will have to beat the men away from the door with a big stick. OH will be begging for another chance, because he will have lost something beautiful inside and out. You are worth the effort of sticking with the diet, not because you aren't beautiful already but because you deserve to be happy in your body and to be bursting with confidence.:A
