pap - could you try blending these together (with maybe a tsp of honey) to make a nice milkshake - might go down better :)

Foodies for today then...Weetabix for brekkie, ham and cheese sarnie (no butter!) on wholemeal bread, banana, apple and a mullerlight yogurt, tea is gonna be spinach and ricotta pasta in an arriabatta sauce (not strictly SW but have my fella over so am comprimising...sorry can't spell!). Have said NO to booze and chocolate and have none in the house so can't pig out later! May have an itsy bitsy bit of garlic flatbread thingy and a load of salad! Went to the gym again today and cycled into work most of this week so doing a lot better exercise wise...still need to up the water intake though, had 1 litre today but should be drinking more to help flush out the baddies!
Mmmm gonna sort this pasta now...gonna try and make my own arriabatta sauce next time when I have a bit more time as imagine it is easy to do and a lot cheaper!
Really feeling good about this, finding everyone a great support and posting here keeps me motivated to stay away from the naughty chocolate, cakes, crisps, biscuits, booze....oh man I soooooo want some naughty food!

It will be scrummy pap I promise, if you have the calories spare add some low fat choc or vanilla ice cream :):)

Me and my girls (I dont drink them though when dieting) make them almost daily. We freeze the banana (or strawberries/rasps) first though - SCRUM ;)

Can I run this past you all, it's totally not diet/debt related. OH and I are planning to get married, but I don't want a great big do here, too much money and we'd end up working the whole day. But, because our industry is so close knit, everyone expects us to put on this big showy day. My Mum and my Nan are both gone so I can't see the point in it all. We did think about going to Canada where his family are and have a small wedding there. It's still an option but as we've booked to go to florida in February that would mean 2 trips away next year.

So, I thought we could get married while we were in Florida, his family usually go down there once a year so they could still come. The trouble is, I'm finding it really tough to find a nice little wedding chapel which isn't tacky, no big pink hearts with chapel of love printed across the front, no frilly white lace all over the place and definitely no Mickey Mouse bride and groom hats. I don't want to spend a fortune, I'd just like to be able to have my girls be bridesmaids and for it to just be about my little family. Then we could go and have a picnic on the beach, a boat trip to see the dolphins and a meal in the evening. Does that sound like a plan? If so, do any of you have any ideas for the chapel?

Toto - that sounds lovely :) Just perfect. I wish I'd done something like that rather than the big bash we had, although nice, not really that personal and I think we'd have enjoyed it much mroe with just a few personal friends and family.

It sounds lovely Toto, I've never been to Florida unfortunately but there MUST be some places that are a bit less tacky than the ones you see on tv.

pap - you are probably not eating enough if its just one meal a day. You might be better off following something like WW where you can count the points to make sure that you do :):)
