Well I made it through my birthday weekend and now have to be really really good if I want to lose anything this week... or at least not put anything on!!!

But it was all lovely and today is another day. I've had my weetabix and I've got a bacon salad for lunch. Will probably have grilled chicken and something for dinner later.

I'm really tired so I think another early night is in order as that way I can't eat!

Good luck in week 2 everyone x

    Hi all,

Had my crunchy bran for breakfast and 2 cups of tea so far- need to drink some water so will do so in a min. Will be having jacket and beans and salad for lunch and then something not so bad for tea (pasta I think. Am loving the 3kg for £1 bags from Asda at the mo!!).

Am going on a run tomorrow morning, so looking forward to seeing how fit I'm not lol!!

    Good luck all :)

Snaggles - big hugs to you.

Hmmmmmmmm well I didn't have the internet from Wednesday evening until saturday afternoon, so I ate to fill the huge gaping hole in my life it left:D

So this week I've only lost 1lb, BOO:mad: However it is my "RED"week, so probably a loss isn't too bad, considering my diet usually consists of chocolate, sweets and cake at this time of the month:rotfl:

well done vanessa, 1lb is still a loss and any loss is good. I think you've done really well.

No such thing as 'only' 1 pound Vanessa - imagine if you 'only' lost 1 pound every week for a year - that would be a shade under 4 stone!

Thank you for your kind words, and i KNOW you are right, but when you have 6 stone to lose, 1 lb seems like a very small start:rotfl:

Doesn't matter - chances are next week your body will have kick started itself and it will be a bigger loss next time. Everyone is different, I know i'll probably lose the first stone in 3-4 weeks, then go to about a pound a week after that, which is even more de-motivating after doing so well to start with!

well, that's quite balanced really if you think about it -

3 cups of tea - probably a litre of liquid, keep you nice and full
2 salmon topped breadbuns - omega 3, protein, carbohydrates
2 jam tarts - essential sugars and well, there's fruit in jam so that has to be at least one serving of your five a day!!

    ;):D

Hmm...not that convinced. Thing is, Mum is also on a diet - so only pleasure she gets out of the jam tarts is seeing people eat them...

Good luck to everyone with the weigh in

    And mine was...

A loss of zero pounds! Yeh! :T :rotfl:

    Oh well onwards and downwards...

    So far:

    1 diclofenac (my downfall ;))
    2 Cocodamol
    1 Aldi breakast drink
3 Satsumas (LOOK Toto FRUIT!) :rotfl:
