Right, here's my list of eats for today :D

Didnt manage any brekkie again - only a cuppa. I must try a lot harder where breakfast is concerned.

Lunch - Veggie meatballs and rice - small portion (school dinner)
    Glass of water

Dinner - Grilled chicken breast and couscous
    More water

No naughtiness so far, but there is a Mars ice cream in the freezer shouting me.

Weigh in day tomorrow for me :o

oh and I ate the chicken and feel fine! Good easy tea - boil a load of (cheap) pasta, throw a tin of toms and quickly fry (in frylight) some chicken. Stir all together and pop in ovenproof dish. I use about 56g/2oz cheese grated over the top (bbetween 4 of us, but the kids don't eat much!) and pop it under the grill for 5 mins - lovely! :D

I'll be doing it first thing - always weigh less in the morning :D

I feel about as confident as you do Sea, if the way I feel is anything to go by, I've probably gained not lost.

Tigtag, does it hurt having the mirena? I'm thinking about it but I'm a coward. :o

No it doesn't hurt a bit Mrs S.. Well not as much as having a baby!

No honestly it doesn't. I had my first one for nearly seven years (forgot it was there!), then I had it removed to have my little one. Had another put straight back in.

    Fantastic!

Sorry to hear about your PND. After having severe PND with my second and third, the worry of getting PND was on a par with having PND..

just remember you are not alone (and rest plenty!)
