can i just add are some of you going off meat? i havent eaten 'meeat' except a few sausages all week, usually at least i proper meal per day contains meat for me ~ how about all of you?0 -
Hi PAP
I've been eating lots of chicken - so much so that I'm starting to gip a bit now when i eat it - will have to think of new meals.....................0 -
To reiterate Weller - well done - only 7.5lbs??
etlantan - your daily menus sound so scrummy - we did well today here,
grilled trout - jacket pot & salad for dinner. Trout was reduced to clear at Morrisons yesterday & didn't seem to have gone off today!!
On the water front (ooh didn't really mean to say that!) in the old ww days the class leader used to advocate a slice of cucumber in your water & for siome strange reason it does taste good.
Sammy - well done with the job - sounds as if it will be good for you and vice versa.
Keren - you & me both - shed loads of weight to get rid of & then hopefully shed loads of - dare I say it - fat lass frocks - to sell on ebay!!
It has always cost me premium rate to buy clothes & my theory is that slimmer is cheaper!!
I've said this before, but skinny people must need less suntan lotion for a start!!:rotfl:0 -
Well done you Pippo - will try the water and cucumber - thanks0

Fat lass frocks :rotfl: that really made me giggle!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

DF & I actually call them Fat B@st@rd frocks even though we still wear dresses that are in the twenty-somethings.
A few years ago I was with WW and returned home home from the class feeling rather pleased with myself due to 4lbs loss.
I presented myself - full of smiles - infront of DH - he said nothing.
Well I said
Well what he said
Well I said - what do you say to somebody who has just come back from Weight Watchers?
'Hello you fat b@st@rd? he replied questioningly!!
As the theme for that nights leader's talk had been family support you can imagine how I felt!!
I do still love him after 33 years .. but...0 -
