    What do you do Z?

    I "do" computers. Sometimes brutally.

I never thought I'd see the day, well done Z.

    Well since then, I've had:

    2 more co-codamol
    1 more diclofenac
    1 litre of apple juice
1 half of a tomato/tuna sauce on noodles creation.
1 chocolate spread sandwich (something sweet like me... ;))

A teensy bit of chicken which I cooked tonight, and am currently proceeding to boil the shiite out of the carcass.

And one of those small hairy things...

    Called...a peach IIRC.

Your diet is looking better z, keep up the fruit and veggies.

I've made up for both my little slip ups today. I've taken a job I would normally have refused which will cover a few trips to the shoe shop (only kidding honest)

I've also done 2 workout dvds to burn off that carrot cake, which was lovely and worth the effort.

Weller, I doubt you've lost 7lbs in fluid, I have days when the monthly bloat pees its way out, I go every 5 minutes, OH calls me peanut bladder. The most I ever lose is 2lbs. Besides we all lose some fluid the first weeks of weight loss, so be proud of what you've done, you're doing really well.

Hello peeps! Well I weighed in this morning and lost 3 1/2 pounds! Was quite surprised as haven't exactly been sticking the SW plan like I originally wanted but is more of a case of just stopping the chocolate, cake, crisps etc and a bit of food combining really! Not getting too excited as off to Glastonbury festival on Wednesday for 6 days of non stop booze and naughtyness...well you only live once and as it stands and the grand old age of 27, I have only ever had one holiday and that was at age 6! So I am gonna make sure I enjoy it! Also gives me a break from being a single mum to the biggest 10 year old diva on the face of the planet! So imagine my weigh in when I return will not be a good one! Just gonna play it by ear...think about what I am eating (when I am not so wasted I don't know what planet I am on!) but make sure I don't restrict myself too much, so if I want something I will have it :rotfl:Anyhooos, off to bed now, but a HUGE well done to everyone!

I've meal planned for tomorrow, I'm having a detox day which I partly think is a load of old nonsense but I quite like the vegetable juice I make and always feel healthy when I have one, so it's probably only a psychological detox

vegetable juice, made in my juicer from 8 large carrots 1/2 large beet 1/2 turnip 1/2 parsnip 5 celery stalks red cabbage. 5 radishes 1 large apple 1 cup cranberries

    salad - rocket, watercress, spinach.

    loads of water with lemon.

well done donner, when you are at the festival make sure you dance a lot. You will walk loads too, it will be pretty muddy so wading will burn off some of that booze. My biggest bit of advice though is to forget about the diet and have tons of fun x
